Canvassing Cologne (Köln, Germany)

Known as the region’s cultural hub, Cologne is filled with magnificent architecture and museums amid reconstructed old town. The city also boasts of interesting contemporary designs that can be seen in their newer buildings. Cologne is famous for its twin-spired cathedral, aptly named the Cologne Cathedral. Home to dozens of ornate medieval relics, it is a place that you could effortlessly spend hours exploring.

The church has both stunning exterior and interior decor. Being so immensely large, even with a wide angle lens and a full frame camera, I had to be close to the edge of the square opposite the structure, which was about 100 meters or so away.
